Today, we’re getting real about why who represents you in Florida House District 14 ain’t just about fancy speeches or election year promises. It’s about your everyday life — your rent, your paycheck, your kid’s school, that clinic down the street, even the potholes on your block.
In FLHD14, we got an overwhelming majority of registered Democrats — mostly Black, Indigenous, and People of Color — but if we don’t show up strong for the August 18, 2026 Primary Election, we could end up with leaders who don’t move like we move, or fight for what we need.
Fast Democracy Rep Kim Daniels Voting Record
Rep Kim Daniels in the News
While the current incumbent, Kim Daniels, has focused on partisan politics, restrictive legislation, and censorship, communities across the district continue to face real struggles, unchecked and unaddressed. Drawing from the public legislative voting record of Representative Daniels since her tenure began, Therese highlights a stark contrast between the needs of the district and the lack of advocacy from the current leadership.

🛡️ Navigating the SAVE Act and Protecting Your Voting Rights: SAVE ACT 2025
The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, recently passed by the U.S. House, mandates that individuals provide documentary proof of U.S. citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections. This requirement could disproportionately affect various groups, including married women who have changed their names, the elderly, and low-income individuals who may not have immediate access to the necessary documents.
Action Steps:
📣 Call to Action:
Empower yourself and your community by staying informed and proactive:
Educate Others: Share this information with friends, family, and neighbors.
Engage with Representatives: Reach out to your elected officials to express your views and concerns.
Participate in Local Events: Attend town halls, community meetings, and forums to stay engaged.
If we want FLHD14 to rise, we gotta vote like it.
We need leadership that sees us, hears us, fights for us — not leadership that cashes checks and forgets the block that built them.
Because if you don’t pick your representative, someone else will pick them for you.
And they won’t be thinking about your rent, your job, your baby’s school, or your mother’s clinic.
It’s your block. It’s your money. It’s your vote. Let’s take it back.
