Town Hall Audience Laughs at Trump's Claim He's Made no Mistakes [Edit w/ comment] [1]

Narcissists HATE being laughed at. Remember when President Obama mocked Trump at that correspondents’ dinner?* That’s even more true now, when Trump is doing everything we can to make sure we fear him and what he can do if we cross whatever imaginary line he happened to draw this week. So he CANNOT be happy about last night:
Trump Town Hall Bursts Into Laughter When He Says He Hasn’t Made Any Mistakes
During a NewsNation town hall hosted by the network’s Chris Cuomo, former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly, and ESPN host Stephen A. Smith, an audience member named Lee asked Trump what was the biggest mistake he thought he’d made in the first 100 days. “I’ll tell you that’s the toughest question I can have because I don’t really believe I’ve made any mistakes,” Trump replied. The audience—which was made of Democrats, Republicans and independents—burst out laughing.
This is getting some notice — though it needs to get more:

Trump's response to the question was met with mockery and ridicule on social media, with musician Nikos Unity tweeting: "The biggest mistake was thinking that was a real answer." Historian Beth Martin suggested that Trump's unwillingness to admit to mistakes hinted at a glaring personality flaw. "Malignant narcissists cannot admit to mistakes, even understandable small mistakes," she wrote. "They cannot acknowledge or face their mistakes, so they also never learn from them."
I hope Chris Hayes leads off with this tonight.
That wasn’t the only Trump turd that raised eyebrows. 'What the hell?' Trump baffles internet with wild answer at town hall:
President Donald Trump delivered a rambling response to a question about his push to crack down on Harvard University that left many political observers struggling to understand his answer. . . . “We had riots in Harlem, in Harlem, and frankly, if you look at what’s gone on, and people from Harlem went up and they protested, Stephen,” Trump said. “And they protested very strongly against Harvard. They happened to be on my side.” "You know, I got a very high Black vote. You know that. Very, very high Black vote. It was a very great compliment,” Trump added as part of his long-winded remark.
Harlem . . . Harvard. Well, they both start with “Ha” and they both have syllables, so it’s easy to see how anyone could get them confused.
“Trump somehow hallucinated that people in Harlem rioted to support his crackdown on Harvard?!?” Democratic activist Armand Domalewski told his X followers.
OK, maybe not so easy.
“What the hell is this?” asked Republican pollster Sarah Longwell on X. “Our president’s brain is mashed potatoes.”
“This man’s brain is cooked,” added political observer Elika Sadeghi in her own X post.
Laughter. It’s not just good medicine. It’s a way to fight back.
*Contrary to popular myth, Obama’s gentle mockery is not what pushed Trump into running for president. He’d been planning it long before.
--------------------— Comment ---------------------------—
A couple of comments below are arguing that the audience was laughing with Trump, not at him. I listened to the segment and I would say that it is perhaps a tossup. But more to the point is that the narrative taking shape is that they were laughing at him, and we need to keep that going — it really gets under his skin. And don’t forget the Harlem/Harvard mixup.
