Governor Gretchen Whitmer Successfully Secured Fighter Mission For Michigan [1]

While Dem Gov. Whitmer is busy taking care of her constituents and state doing what needs to be done, DailyKos Staff is posting half baked, slam book garbage about her meeting w/Trump for a photo op at the end of a deal securing jobs in Michigan. Because even though we haven’t gotten to Midterms… it’s all about 2028 horserace.
Previously Whitmer was in the White House to talk to Trump about her state and got pulled into the Oval for a photo op and discussion outside the topic she was there for.
It may be nice for Kossacks sitting around reading on their devices to be sanctimonious ideologues, but a Governor (at least Democratic Governors) have to actually do stuff for their constituents.
By the way, Michigan is a purple/red state to voted for Trump.
It also has a real problem with active far right militias. In fact in 2020 a bunch of militia members were involved in a plot to kidnap Whitmer.
So if GOVERNOR Whitmer needs to meet with Trump for a photo op to secure jobs for her state, why the f*ck are Democrats and DailyKos staff pretending she’s somehow a pastie or suck up to Trump?
And for all the trashing of Dems who use the term bipartisan right now… there’s enough recent quotes of Bernie Sanders doing the same.
