Good day, Peeps.
A gentle reminder of how we do things: đ±đ¶đŠ Do not troll the diary. If you hate pootie diaries, leave now. No harm, no foul.
Please do share pics of your fur kids! If you have health/behavior issues with your pets, feel free to bring it to the community.
Pooties are cats; Woozles are dogs. Birds... are birds! Peeps are people.
Whatever happens in the outer blog STAYS in the outer blog. If youâre having âissuesâ with another Kossack, keep it âout there.â This is a place to relax and play; please treat it accordingly. There are some pics we never post: snakes, creepy crawlies, any and all photos that depict or encourage human cruelty toward animals. These are considered âout of boundsâ and will not be tolerated. If we alert you to it, please remember that we do have phobic peeps who react strongly to them. If you keep posting banned pics...well then...the Tigress will have to take matters in hand. Or, paw.
So we had a bit of rough weather last Monday. It wasnât bad as the meteorologists feared it might be. My part of Wisconsin didnât have any tornadoes or two inch hail but the winds were pretty strong for most of the day. They were strong enough to knock down a mature oak tree in my front yard. It wasnât near my house but it did fall across the road. It also snapped some power lines. It left a hot wire dangling across the street.
You should see the idiot drivers we have around here. Some went flying right through the treetop twigs and nearly hitting that hot wire. This is why the sheriffâs department posts a squad car next to downed trees until the roads are cleared. For this little incident, the deputy even called a fire truck in case that wire started a fire.
This happened at about 4:30 PM. I got my power restored at 7:30 PM. When that was done, my township used a front loader to bulldoze the tree pieces into a heap in my front yard. I am going to be busy for quite some time cutting that oak tree up. Sure, a lot of people around here will take the big chunks for firewood but that still leaves me with a lot of twigs that have to be disposed of. This is why I have an electric chainsaw.
Iâll say one thing for having a tree down near my feeding stumpâthe birds love that big heap of branches. If it wasnât so ugly Iâd almost like to keep it there for them. This is why I have so many brushland species of birds as opposed to ones who like the tidy suburbs.
But enough of my problems. How about some memes?
x This is Donut. He wanted to pop out and say hi. Wondering where your personal chauffeur is. Said you can borrow his, if you'd like. 13/10

So whatâs happening with your critters?
