I would never say, anyone should be speaking English. I Failed Spanish In High School For 2 Years. I have a vocabulary of about 30 Spanish words after, over, 50 years.
My First Generation Irish American Mother, insisted, I study it. She always said, “Spanish is the language of the future.” Included video, for Spanish speakers. I can read and understand, the intro. After that, the spoken words, can only guess.
“Just give them, a smile and a hug, if you can’t understand what they’re saying.”
