Trump blames trans existence on Biden [1]

Trump has done everything to persecute, ban from sports, and executive order trans out of existence.
Today he put out the Report to the President on Protecting Children from Chemical and Surgical Mutilation Executive Summary.
It's just what it sounds like. Trump thinks trans children are science experiments, like the Nazis did on people, without anesthesia, just to see what it was like. Remember, this is the president who said that children go in to school one sex, and come out a different one at the end of the school day.
"Under President Biden, the Federal government promoted a grotesque social and scientific experiment on American children."
I wasn't kidding about how insane Trump's claims would be.
"During the first three years of his administration alone, more than 7,000 children were administered puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones. Over 4,000 were subjected to sex trait modification surgical interventions, such as mastectomies. These modifications were marketed to the children on the basis of ideologically driven and financially motivated junk-science."
Marketed. Like there were advertisements on TV for it. I have no idea where Trump gets his statistics. Seeing how he's wiping out scientific research all over the entire .GOV website system, there's little possibility to know. The claim, of course, is that children are being subjected to this without their permission. That their parents don't know anything about it. That the schools are behind it. Financially motivated junk science. Like people do this to make money. Considering how surgeons and their patients are demonized, financial motivation couldn't possibly be a factor.
Again, remember that Trump is blaming this all on the Biden Administration. Biden did it.
This is the report generated by his executive order on January 28th called Protecting Children from Chemical and Surgical Mutilation. Children were anyone less than 19 years of age. You can join the Army and get killed, but you can't get medical care for your needs.
The executive order "prohibits Federal departments from funding, sponsoring, assisting, or facilitating the chemical and surgical mutilation of minors and directs them to stop these immoral, unjust, and disproven practices more broadly to the greatest extent possible."
The heading for the next section is:
"Restoring Scientific Intergrity.
Anything developed by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) is immediately rescinded or amended to remove it.
"These standards were not drafted based on scientific evidence, but political considerations."
Biden did it in order to win votes. How absurd. Trump blames the previous assistant Secretary for Health Admiral Levine for lobbying to drop the age requirements by WPATH and for issuing guidance called "Gender Affirming Care and Young People," "which promoted the chemical sterilization and surgical mutilation of minors."
Trump had this document removed along with other vetted scientific information from the Health and Human Services website. A court order required Levine's guidance to be redisplayed, but put up a disclaimer trying to discredit WPATH and any of its materials.
"Section 3(ii) directs HHS to publish an evidence-based review of literature on the best practices to promote the health of children who assert gender dysphoria."
No, it doesn't. It's to ignore gender dysphoria, prevent hormone or surgery therapy, and do detransitioning. The next section is titled:
"Promoting Accurate Information."
It should be titled promoting inaccurate information.
"The lead researcher of one notable study, funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH) withheld its results from the public for political reasons."
There's no information of any type to back of this claim. You don't know who the researcher is, you don't know the name of the study. Simply a general accusation because Trump can do so.
"Stopping Taxpayer-Funded Child Experimentation and Mutilation."
The government is not funding any experimentation or mutilation. It's to stop any money going to any individual, institution or place of learning, that provides accurate information and guidance.
HHS has terminated 215 grants worth $477 million, he says. I find this claim that 215 studies were on trans to be impossible. Two grants are listed that account for $7.3 million. The first is about preventing teen pregnancy in trans boys, and the second has "diversity" in its title.
"Ensuring Proper Medical Treatment."
It's all about preventing "chemical and surgical mutilation." By constantly using the word mutilation, Trump is leading the reader to believe that if there are hormone treatments or gender-affirming surgery, it must by definition always be wrong. It's mentioned four more times before getting to the next section.
"Ensuring Equal Protection and the Rule of Law."
Trump should never be allowed to use the words "Rule of Law." He has no concept of the truth and simply uses it as another excuse to invade people's privacy.
DOJ will prosecute anyone performing "female genital mutilation." Also leverage all State Attorneys General to follow suit.
"It has also initiated investigations of multiple entities that have misled the public about the long-term side effects of chemical and surgical mutilation under the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act."
Against the law now to talk about how to safely be trans and happy with yourself.
DOJ has written proposed legislation, with a long statute of limitations, to prosecute the parents of trans children.
Trump is also creating a "Parental Rights Task Force" to specifically go after California where supposedly, if parents refuse trans treatment for children that need it, that child can be removed from the parent's custody.
That is false. California law states that those under 18 must get parent or guardian permission for any medical treatement, including treatment for gender transition. Trump is just lying because he hates blue California. It's a symbol of defiance to his rule.
There were a lot more actions in Trump's executive order to make being a trans as difficult as possible. Going after insurance companies that provided coverage for trans. Make sure Medicare and Medicaid would or could no longer provide coverage. Make sure Federal and Postal employees were left out.
If there is a way to attack trans ways of life, Trump wants it done. What's laid out here is keeping trans from being trans. Far worse than the ban on trans in women sports.
The battle for trans in women sports is still playing out in Maine. So far they've stood up to Trump and winning. The TRO is in effect, and the last action is on April 23rd when a summons was issued for Brooke Rollins for the USDA trying to cut off funds because of trans in women sports. NCAA caved to the ban. Trump has yet to go after the Olympic Committee. He might want to try to put something through at the United Nations. There are already too many countries that have made LGBTQ+ existence criminal. Some countries have the death penalty for homosexuality.
Trump and Republicans once again rear their ugly head against trans existence. Denying health care so they can't transition is the method. Cruelty is the point.
This is a matter of civil rights where the definition of civil rights has been turned on its head. DEI is discrimination against white people. This was made possible by the Supreme Court canceling affirmative action. No one knew it had a time limit. All of a sudden, there is no racial discrimination. Civil rights are for straight white people. Anyone else doesn't have them.
There are 12 Federal cases against Trump and his administration about being trans. Everything from trans prison rights, the right to serve in the military, ban on women's sports and the ban on gender affirming care for those under 19.
This report on their success in repression of trans is only the start. There will be more DOJ actions and the withholding of federal funds and grants to browbeat the defenseless.
That's what Trump likes to do. Just like Hitler, Putin and Trump's new love, Bukele. The courts are allowing trans to fight back, but it takes time. When you think the problem is solved, Trump uses a new tactic. It's like whack-a-mole. Eventually, he will run out of moles and trans will win. They simply have to.
