Trump whines that cowardly Judges won't let him implement his "Final Solution" [1]

Yes, we saw this in Nazi Germany. We saw it with the forced migration of Native Americans and the Internment of Japanese Americans. We saw it in what is now Israel with the Nakba. We saw it in the Balkan War. Trump is complaining that U.S. Judges aren’t “tough enough” to let him implement his Ethnic Cleansing.
Trump over the weekend took to Truth Social, his own social media site, to air his grievances about judges who have been blocking or pausing some of his most controversial political orders. "We need Courageous JUSTICE in our Country," Trump said. He then continued: "If the Courts don’t allow what we have been allowed to do for 250 years, America can no longer be the same. Crooked Joe Biden will have destroyed our Country with his Open Border MADNESS, and allowing criminals of every type to enter with no Retribution. Murderers, Drug Dealers, Gang Members, and even the Mentally Insane will make their home in our Country, wreaking havoc like we have never seen before."
This is a blatant despicable lie. Crime in America during the Biden Administration was literally the lowest ever.

As you can see, there was no “violent crime spree” during the Obama, Trump 1, or Biden administrations. The violent crime rate actually reached it’s lowest point in 2021 at 360.9 per 100k persons. The country was not flooded with “Murderers, Drug Dealers, Gang Members, and even the Mentally Insane” because that’s just bullshit.
This is what’s known as “Blood Libel.”
It’s a broad unfounded accusation against a broad ethnic group as being “deadly dangerous” that Trump has used to demonize people in order to justify having them all — and I do mean all — forcibly removed from the country.
Trump wants to deport each and every undocumented migrant in the country, plus some legal migants who are here with valid Visas and Green Cards (particularly students), some Naturalized Citizens and even naturally born U.S. Citizens.
And if that last claim seems far-fetched, the fact is that it’s already started happening.
Federal immigration authorities deported three U.S. citizen children on Friday—including one with cancer who was expelled without medication—in a move that critics and one judge appointed by President Donald Trump said was carried out without due process. U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement's (ICE) New Orleans field office deported the American children—ages 2, 4, and 7—along with their undocumented mothers, one of whom is pregnant. The ACLU said that both families were held incommunicado following their arrests, and that ICE agents refused or failed to respond to efforts by attorneys and relatives who were trying to contact them. The ACLU said that one of the children has a rare form of metastatic cancer and was deported without medication or consultation with their treating physician, despite ICE being notified about the child's urgent condition. This follows last month's ICE deportation of a family including a 10-year-old American citizen with brain cancer. According to court documents, the 2-year-old New Orleans native—identified as V.M.L.—was brought by her mother, Jenny Carolina Lopez Villela, to a routine immigration appointment in the Louisiana city on Tuesday when they were arrested. A habeas petition filed on Thursday states that ICE New Orleans Field Office Director Mellissa Harper told V.M.L.'s desperate father on a phone call that he could try to pick the girl up but would likely be arrested, as he is undocumented. The petition argues that Harper was detaining V.M.L. "in order to induce her father to turn himself in to immigration authorities." On Friday, U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty—a Trump nominee— ordered a May 16 hearing in Monroe, Louisiana based on his "strong suspicion that the government just deported a U.S. citizen with no meaningful process." "It is illegal and unconstitutional to deport, detain for deportation, or recommend deportation of a U.S. citizen," Doughty wrote, citing relevant case law. "The government contends that this is all OK because the mother wishes that the child be deported with her. But the court doesn't know that."
Let’s please re-emphasize that the mother was apprehended when she went to “a regularly scheduled immigration appointment.” If a person has an “immigration appointment” then they aren’t just running around in the country willy nilly — they are going through a process that will determine whether they will ultimately be allowed to stay or not. A process that leads to their being seen by an immigration judge who will make that decision.
As much as the Trump administration wants to paint all these people as “illegal” this is a legal process. It is how people are ultimately granted asylum or otherwise legally deported. It’s a slow process, it takes years. There was a solution to speed up this issue as part of the bipartisan immigration deal negotiated by Joe Biden, until Trump had that solution and bill shelved.
Now, Trump has fired some of those immigration judges, makng the backlog problem even worse.
98% of the migrants who enter by crossing the southern border go through this process, they also strive hard to avoid breaking the law.
In fact, immigrants—including undocumented immigrants—are less likely to commit crimes than the U.S.-born. This is true at the national, state, county, and neighborhood levels, and for both violent and non-violent crime.
The American Immigration Council compared crime data to demographic data from 1980 to 2022, the most recent data available. The data showed that as the immigrant share of the population grew, the crime rate declined. In 1980, immigrants made up 6.2 percent of the U.S. population, and the total crime rate was 5,900 crimes per 100,000 people. By 2022, the share of immigrants had more than doubled, to 13.9 percent, while the total crime rate had dropped by 60.4 percent, to 2,335 crimes per 100,000 people. Specifically, the violent crime rate fell by 34.5 percent and the property crime rate fell by 63.3 percent.
And remember that Trump discussed with El Salvadorian president Bukele that he wants to deport “Homegrown” criminals next.

Some, such as Fox Host Will Cain, have claimed that Trump said he would do this “Legally”. But there is no room in U.S. law to deport any U.S. citizen ANYWHERE. Trump already thinks what he’s doing without Due Process is somehow “legal” — he simply doesn’t know what he’s talking about.
Trump has been lying about this the entire time. Ever since he slithered down the escalator and pronounced “Mexicans are Rapist” without any factual evidence.
All of this has been a project to demonize migrants, and sadly it has been working.
Of course, they aren't absolutely crime free, there are immigrant street gangs, just as there were decades ago with Jews, Asians, the Irish and Italians. [Many of those gangs still exist] Nearly every displaced ethnic group has collected together initially for their own safety and that has always had negative consequences. You can always find a single isolated case of violence then extrapolate that to attack an entire ethnic class — but that doesn’t make it true.
So Trump hypes this issue, he repeatedly hypes single and rare events like the killing of Laken Riley, or the Maryland Woman recently killed by an immigrant as an argument against restoring due process rights to Kilmar Abrego-Garcia as if these cases had anything to do with each other.
Please note that when they make this complaint, they don’t mention that poor Maryland woman was named Lesbia Mileth Ramirez Guerra because her being Hispanic might dampen some of that wild outrage over her death.
Since we’re dealing entirely with RACISTS, the screed to “Get Them All Out” would be somewhat muted if people knew that.
They are so desperate to demonize Abrego-Garcia they’ve called him a “Terrorist”, “Human Trafficker” and a “Wife Beater”. They scream that he’s part of MS-13 and even posted fake AI images of tattoos on his knuckles.
President Donald Trump posted an image of himself holding a photograph of what he said was the tattooed hand of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, whom the government deported to El Salvador in March despite an order not to deport him there. To Trump and the White House X account, the tattoos are proof that Abrego Garcia belongs to the MS-13 gang, which his family and lawyers have consistently denied. But the photograph appears to have been altered to include the lettering "MS-13" above other symbols, which the White House has not explained. Experts in criminal gangs said nothing in the photograph is a known signifier of MS-13.
He hasn’t been convicted of any of that. These are merely allegations, not proven fact. This is a Human Rights Crime.
But oddly enough, Trump doesn’t have time present any of this information before a court, he can’t be bothered to prove any of this shit, he wants to do all this — without trials. Without judges. Without vetting his “evidence.”
The President then added, "It is not possible to have trials for millions and millions of people. We know who the Criminals are, and we must get them out of the U.S.A. — and FAST!"
These people have had no compunction at all over sending Abrego-Garcia and 200 other men — 75% of whom haven’t committed any crimes — to an El Salvadorian Death Camp. None. They don’t give a shit. They make torture-porn video celebrating it. They laugh about it.
That’s Neo-Nazi shit.
He knows “who the criminals are.” He doesn’t need to provide evidence to a judge, or allow the accused to defend themselves. He doesn’t care about they’re individual rights, he doesn’t fucking care if he gets it wrong. Nope.
They would have sent thousands of migrants to the camps by now, if the judges hadn’t stopped them. They have, so far, refused to even try to bring any of them back even after being ordered to do so by the Supreme Court.
We’ve had people — on Fox News — argue that the undocumented “don’t deserve due process”, they’ve turned around to argue when Democrats complain about this that “they want to bring criminals back into our country.”
All that is nonsense.
They have even started arresting judges for supposedly “obstructing” ICE. The judge got 2 felony charges for supposeely helping a man who only had 3 misdemeaner battery charges. How does that make sense? And again, he wasn’t convicted yet.
Trump has recently taken a hit in the polls. He’s going to end his first 100 Days with the lowest approval rating in history. But his rabid Neo-nazi base is still with him.

If you wondered what the difference was between Nazi Germany, the KKK of 1914 and the Current Republican party — there isn’t any. They prove that day after day. Nazis told them they should be afriad, and they acted accordingly. All of this is right out of the teleplay for “Birth of a Nation” only with immigrants instead of Black people.
Because of this propaganda the KKK lynched and murdered thousands of Americans — and they didn’t bother with a judge or jury either, did they? They hung black and white people — who they thought of as “Race traitors” — from the neck until they dead and they made a party out of the process.
They brought food, they brought their kids. They made postcards. They just “knew” who was guilty. People like Emmet Till. People like Edger Mevers. People like the Freedom Riders. People like Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King.
They made mass murder sexy. The wrongly accused black men of being sexual predators and cloaked their murders in Racial “justice.” They’re doing exactly that — yet again.
The South pretty much taught the Nazis everything they knew. Now the South has finally risen again. and the bad ole’ days are back. But this time, it’s coming from the White House and the lynch mob has “ICE” written on their backs.
Of course, the MAGAs and even independants deny this is the case, but they are demonstrably wrong.

Ungar-Sargon: I just have a pro tip for any Democats who are thinking about winning back the working class, those people who make under $100k a year, a majority of whom voted for Trump. Um, you should have a viceral disgust for someone like Larry David who’s worth $400 Million [I think he earned it script by script] sitting there and sneering and smearing the hardest working American for refusing to co-sign their own disinheretence. That’s effectively what they are doing when these millionaires come down here and call Trump Hitler. They are calling working class Americans Nazis because they chose the person they thought would give their children back the future they were promised by this country.
Yeah, that's exactly why the orignal Nazis chose Hitler in the first place. They thought he would Make Germany Great Again. That’s why the South supported the KKK — because they thought those “Norther Invaders” had mucked everything up for them by letting negroes vote and they wanted to be back on top of the ethnic food chain. Self-interest is always the path to the degradation of others, it doesn’t happen simply because of hatred — the hatred is a tool — it happens because people think they need to do it for their own self-protection.
And that is usually based on a lie.
Also, being called a “Racist” or “Nazi” is not worst than actually dealing with the things that a Racist and Nazi will and have done to people.
Ungar-Sargon: I don’t care if the Democrats get this or don’t — but they should get this. It’s a big part of why they have lost. They have these rich people. Hes [Larry David] is so wealthy.
By the way, both Trump and Musk are much richer than Larry David — so if we can’t trust David for being “rich” what does that say about the others? But that’s not really the issue.
Being like “Hitler” doesn’t mean being a carbon copy of him and specifically attacking Jews again, it means using his tactics — such as attacking LGBTQ persons, banning abortion, using propaganda such as the “Great Replacement Theory”, banning and burning books, criminalizing critcism, attacking the free press, implementing loyalty tests, changing educational curriculums to foster ethnic myths of supremacy, constantly welcoming and excusing brownshirt supremacist groups like Nick Fuentes, Kanye West, the Tiki Torchers and the Proud Boys, deleting the accomplishments of ethnic minorities and demonizing them as “vermon”, “animals” and “poisoning the blood” of our country.
Hitler implemented his mass murder by sending the people he had demonized to foreign death camps — and Trump is trying to do the same thing. They’ve made this idea palatable to MAGAs. They like that idea. They love it. And they whine and cry when you confront them with that reality.
If you really don’t like saying he’s like Hitler, fine, you could say he’s like Voldemort. It’s basically the same thing. It’s still the demonization and extermination of an ethnic minority.
People say that the comparison to Hitler are always bad because he was so “uniquely evil” but no, he actually wasn’t. Stalin killed 20 million people — that’s much worse. Pol Pot killed millions. Ho Chi Minh killed 3 million in Vietnam. Vikor Orban is doing this, Putin is doing this, Saddam Hussein did this and Qaddafi did this. It’s not similar because of the body count — it’s similar because of the methods used to get to that point.
Before the Nazi Death camps we had Reservations, the Trail of Tears and Native American Boarding Schools where hundreds died from torture, neglect and disease. They would bury the bodies in the crawl space under the buildings. We had Convict Leasing where people convicted of petty crimes like loitering were sold to work themselves to death on the railroads and mines. We were doing it long before Hitler even thought of it. He merely industrialized what we had already been doing.
Republicans have exploited working-class anxiety and turned it into ethnic angst. They repeated the pogroms of Europe and Russia that were implemented against Jews and used them against modern Immigrants and black people. They’ve played on people’s frustration, pain and their fears in order to heighten their anger, and they’ve done this to help them all forget what America is really supposed to be. A haven from all that.
But it just might be possible that Candice Owens and Joe Rogan may have figured some of this out, finally. Perhaps.
There’s a reason that this is the 5th Amendment.
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
They talk about “Anti-American” all the time but the truth. is if you don’t understand this and abide by it, you are not “American” you are likely a “Neo-Confederate.”
This is a core principle of the United States. It applies to everyone, EVERYONE, in the country. This is a key factor in who were supposed to be. We have in the past failed this test, we have fallen down far below this standard.
We absolutely can't allow it to happen again.
We go through this process to hopefully determine who is guilty and who is innocent. It’s a bare-minimum standard. Trump doesn't care about bothering to make this distinction. He thinks ALL of them are “guilty” of just entering the nation, even though the asylum process requires someone to enter the nation first.
Every bit of this is fucking disgusting. Every bit of this is criminal and unconstitutional.
We don’t need to Make America THAT Again.
