Trump lies about Kilmar Abrego Garcia one more TIME (Magazine) [1]

This time, Trump said his repetitive lies about Kilmar to TIME Magazine in an interview on April 22nd.
The start of the questioning was, unfortunately, a victim of auto-correct as it asks about "Aboriginal Garcia" instead of Abrego Garcia.
TIME: ... Are you facilitating a release?
Trump: I leave that to my lawyers... I don't make that decision.
TIME: Have you asked Bukele to release him?
Trump: I haven't, uh, he said he wouldn't.
TIME: But if you haven't asked him, how are you facilitating his release?
Trump: Well, because I have been asked to ask him by my attorneys. Nobody asked me to ask him that question, except you.
TIME: Do you believe he deserves his day in court?
Trump: I believe that they made him look like a saint, and then we found out about him. He wasn't a saint. He was MS-13. He was a wife beater and he had a lot of things that were very bad, you know, very, very bad. When I first heard of the situation, I was not happy, and then I found out that he was a person who was an MS-13 member. And in fact, he had a tattooed right on his --- I'm sure you saw that --- he had it tattooed right on his knuckles: MS-13.
Here's Trump's last post on the subject, holding the doctored photo.
Here's real shot of his hand.
So, a day later, even as everyone knows MS13 is not on Kilmar's knuckles, he still peddles the lie, and calling him a wife beater. Anything to deflect his ignorance and to justify his mistake.
Trump adds to the lies before he says:
Trump: ... And I think this is a very bad --- I think this is another men women's sport thing for the Democrats.
Say what? Sport thing for the Democrats? How do these compare, except they both are crimes you've committed against humanity? Continue from the answer above:
TIME: Maybe, Mr. President, whatever he might have done, whoever he may have been affiliated with, doesn't he deserve his day in court? Nazi saboteurs who came on our shores at Montauk during World War II had their day in court. Al Qaeda terrorists had their day in court.
Trump: I really give that to my lawyers, that's why I have them...You could bring him back and retry him -—
The reporter then zero's in on that and says that bringing him back is the right thing to do and moves on to Trump's presidential oath about preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution and asks if he would obey Supreme Court orders.
Trump: I'm not defying the Supreme Court. I would never defy the Supreme Court. I wouldn't do that. I'm a big believer in the Supreme Court and have a lot of respect for the Justices.
He has nothing to do with it. But, he had Bukele in the Oval Office, and could have asked him right then and there to fix the problem. He was way too happy about all the other prisoners sent to El Salvador. Lying is just part of his DNA.
He personally is not defying the Supreme Court, but he is telling his administration to do it. It's the same thing. Trump will and is continuing to defy the Supreme Court on the deportations to El Salvador.
At some point, except for Thomas and Alito, the Supreme Court will have to do something to rectify the immunity decision. Trump believes he is invulnerable because of it. He can flaunt his power with no consequences. The court has to show him there are consequences, and they have to reverse the immunity decision to do that. How and what case could get to the court to let them do that?
We've got one right here with Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Due process is right there in the Constitution and everyone except Trump thinks it applies. It's the basis of the justice system. Without it, we truly are in a dictatorship.
The Supreme Court could rule that what Trump has done is not an official act because it is unconstitutional. That would be the start of a decision to reverse their mistake. Declare that "official acts" was not meant for allowing for breaking the Constitution, but for actions that were intended to properly govern the United States. Intent. The saying is that intent is nine tenths of the law.
Trump's intent was to break constitutional guarantees for due process for Kilmar Abrego Garcia and all the other prisoners in El Salvador.
The Supreme Court needs to declare Donald Trump guilty, or soon there will be not be a Supreme Court.
