Every generation knows the fight, it never fails to come
The battle for our rights has gone on since debarkation
but every time we win some rights, they always take them back
But every generation knows that their time will eventually come up
They’ve learned the stories and they know when the time comes
To raise their voices and carry on
The fight that never ends

Until the fight is won
Today the time is here again, for it never fails to come
Channel your rage, your frustration, into your voices raised
Once more into the streets my friend, once more our voices raised
We’ll never tire of demanding our rights to fully granted
We’ll never tire of demanding our needs be fully met

The weather may change, the faces be new, it’s still the same old fight
The tactics may vary, the ways evolved, but it’s still the same old fight
