The “deal” reportedly includes:

- A cease fire along the current lines of contact; - The recognition of Crimea as Russian territory; - The exclusion Ukraine from NATO membership - Declaring the area around the ZNPP as neutral and possibly under US control so that the plant can supply electricity to Ukraine and the occupied territories; and, - To not recognize Russia's claims to control of the remaining occupied areas of Ukraine but not demand the withdrawal of the Russian military. (This is nothing more than a BS attempt to give Russia those territories without saying it out loud -- ed.)
