21 Dept. of Health and Human Services divisions to be eliminated, like Head Start [1]

A real doctor got a leaked copy of the Department of Health and Human Services reorganization plan. It also included budgeting.
Here is the reorganization chart (PDF). It has a section that is headed with "ELIMINATED." It's really hard to read but I figured them all out.
This is the whole document (PDF).
Each one of these could be a story in itself. You will probably recognize a good number, but there are ones I never heard of before.
These are all the subdivisions and sub-agencies being eliminated, with all their individual .gov links:
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program
National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research
Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response
Ending HIV Epedemic
Fogarty International Center
Global Health Center
H-CORE Center for the HHS Coordination Operations and Response Element.
Head Start - Possibly the cruelest cut of all
Health Resources and Services Administration

National Center Center for Complementary Health and Integrative Health

There are large amount of programs at the National Center for Injury Prevention and Control being cut. The ones being kept are on page 8 of the reorganization plan.
Page 12: "The Budget does not include funding for LGB Center of Excellence, the African American Health Center for Excellence, the Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Behavioral Health Center for Excellence, Hispanic/Latino Behavioral Health Center for Excellence, LGBTQ Youth Family Support Program." That's five I didn't include in the count.
You probably figured that there would be minority and LGBTQ programs dropped. Trump promised to take out anything regarding LGBTQ.
Page 21: "The Budget eliminates the FDA's direct role in routine inspections of food facilities. FDA will expand current state contracts for routine facility inspections program to cover 100% of all routine foods."
Your food safety is now being contracted out to the lowest bidder or the closest to Trump, or a campaign donor.
$2 billion is being cut from the Indian Health Service.

That's another nine I didn't include in the count.
Public Health and Social Services Fund shows $0 available right now. Eliminated.
The elimination of the Consumer Product Safety Commission I covered two days ago. You'll never see the product recalls they do today. You'll never know if a product is safe or not.
At the very end, is a page about buying American and hiring American. Scattered throughout the document you'll find the term RIF. It means Reduction In Force. Firing people.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. probably hasn't seen the reorganization report, and probably never will. When he's been confronted with reports about sections of HHS that are going away, he has no clue about them and says he'll look into it. But you never hear about him saying afterwards he has. No, the last thing we heard from him was that people with autism weren't human beings.
We might as well change the agency's name to Health and Human Contracts. Everything is to be pared down to Congressionally mandated requirements. Soon, that won't matter anymore as DOGE has a free hand to slash and burn anything it wants to.
It means that people will die who were helped before. The monoclonal antibodies that helped keep Trump from dying from Covid won't be there anymore as NIH research is canceled. As grants to universities are canceled.
Government Health Care just became a business, because that's how Trump thinks government should operate. Like a business. And he has no idea how to run one.
