Only Trump could turn the Easter Egg Roll into a business [1]

Trump has turned the annual Easter Egg Roll into a business collecting money for sponsorships of events. What he's going to do with the money is a question. Asking $75,000 to $200,000 adds up.
The event takes place on Monday. This is normal for it not to take place on Easter Sunday.
30,000 eggs have been "donated by American farmers."
There is a "reading nook" sponsored by Amazon. A "bunny hop stage" by YouTube. "AI powered experience and photo opportunity" by Meta. So, you can expect to see corporate logos everywhere.
Here a National Park Service page of 140 Easter Egg Rolls through the years. I can't find one with a corporate logo anywhere.
Why is Trump doing this? Because he likes money. He likes collecting it. He doesn't spend any of his own. Look at what it costs the taxpayer just for him to play golf. The RNC paid all his legal bills to the tune of $100+ million.
In fact, as I guessed, Politico says that advertising at White House events has never been done before. Trump broke that with the Tesla infomercial.
Trump just has no class, period. No attachment to tradition or the rule of law. He just makes things up as he goes along.
Norm Eisen, another one of those folks who had their security clearance revoked, said of the solicitation of sponsorships, "That opens up at least the appearance of influence peddling. During my years as ethics czar at the White House... I never would have allowed this."
There are apparent conflicts of interest. Meta is under antitrust scrutiny. Google's ad business is also under investigation for monopoly. YouTube TV by the FCC for not carrying a religious broadcaster. Amazon should be under investigation for all types on monopolistic practices.
Corporate logos should be nowhere near the White House. But Trump only believes rules apply to others, not him.
I can only hope some of those eggs aren't all hard boiled and Trump hassles the wrong child for a photo-op. Like he's never had egg on his face before.
