Shocker! Supreme Court does the right thing [1]

Well, not Justices Alito and Thomas. They will never do the right thing because for them, being on the right is the right thing.
In a 7-2 ruling, the Supreme Court halted flights of Venezulans from a detention center in Texas from being flown out of the country using the 1798 Alien Enemies Act.
The Court said that the people held at the Bluebonnet Detention Center not to be removed "until further order of this Court."
The decision was in response to an emergency request by the ACLU. Nobody knows how many there are at Bluebonnet because Homeland Security refuses to say.
There was an appeal to Judge Boasberg earlier, but he bemoaned that he didn't have jurisdiction. He did say the forms detainees were forced to sign had no option to say no, or right to a lawyer or hearing.
Now we see how far the government goes in obeying the Supreme Court. It's clear as a bell this time.
Move those prisoners and it's an immediate constitutional crisis.
