It was an ordinary day
It was an unforgettable day
It was sunny outside
It was raining inside
It was spring or summer
It was one of those seasons
I scream so loud
No one heard a sound
I wept so hard
My eyes went dry
I hurt so much
I became numb
Some may think
I’d remember everything
Some may ask
How do I not remember some details
Those who know
Will not ask those questions
