#HandsOff Alert! How many are on Medicaid in YOUR Congressional District? [1]

As noted in the methodology for each, there's a small amount of fuzziness in some of the numbers for a couple of reasons, the main one being that the "as of" date varies depending on the type of coverage--Medicaid/CHIP total numbers are as of last November, while ACA Expansion Medicaid is as of last June; Medicare data is as of December 2024; and ACA exchange QHPs/BHPs are as of January 2025.
With that in mind, and with the pending dire threat to several of these programs (primarily Medicaid & the ACA) , I'm going a step further and am generating pie charts which visualize just how much of every Congressional District's total population is at risk of losing healthcare coverage.
I’m including a few examples below, but you can find ALL 435 HOUSE DISTRICTS as well as ALL 50 STATES +DC here using the drop-down menu at the top.

As you can see in the pic above, CT Sen. Chris Murphy & FL Rep. Maxwell Frost actually used one of my pie charts to talk about the GOP plan to gut Medicaid at a recent People’s Town Hall in Michigan’s 10th House district, which was awesome.

The web graphic versions are available for all 435 House districts as well as all 50 states +DC. The high-res PDF versions are completed & posted for most states, although I’m still working on some of the bigger states (CA, TX, FL, NY, PA & IL).
