Trump reacts to Sen. Chris Van Hollen visit to Kilmar Abrego Garcia [1]

We are all following the story of Kilmar Garcia. He was first arrested outside a Home Depot in 2019, determined that he was in the U.S. legally and released. In 2025 immigration agents stopped him in an IKEA parking lot and deported him to El Salvador on March 15th.
Since then, there has been a furor over his deportation that has taken his case to the Supreme Court, which ordered him returned. The Trump Administration first refused to comply, splitting hairs over definitions of words, and then straight out refusing to follow court orders. The constitutional crisis continues.
Since Garcia's and 260 others were flown to El Salvador, there have been visits by Krisi Noem and Republicans to the prison for social media photo-ops and video to show how tough they are.
Senator Chris Van Hollen of Maryland flew down to El Salvador to demand to see his Maryland constituent. The first day he was refused. The second day he was successful and there are pictures of him talking to Garcia in what looks like a restaurant and Garcia in street clothes.
Donald Trump's comments in the Oval Office about Garcia have been vague "we'll look into it" to feigning complete ignorance when questioned about his DOJ refusing to cooperate.
This morning, with the Van Hollen's trip dominating the news, Trump had to try to deflect the event, in one sentence.
"... looked like a fool..."
Trump is the one who looked like a fool in the Oval Office with his ignorance and losing responses.
"... begging for attention..."
Rich to be coming from a man who is always begging for attention with his me, me, me, me.
"... from the Fake News Media..."
Not going to work this time Mr. Trump. You're off your game. This case has garnered world wide attention.
"GRANDSTANDER!!!"
He's really lost it this time. The most worthless grandstander of all time criticizing a public servant doing his job.
Trump never mentions what it is all about, because if he shows knowledge, he has to have answers. All he's got is a weak attack on Van Hollen. He's worried. He knows the world is coming crashing down on him and he can't escape the law.
Contempt of court is coming. I want to be able to put up a picture of Donald Trump being arrested by U.S. Marshals up on my wall, with a gold frame, of course. Or Kristie Noem. Or Pam Bondi. Or DOJ lawyers.
Maybe all of the above.
