How to "facilitate" Abrego Garcia's return [1]

Since no one in the Trump administration seems to know how to “facilitate” the return of Abrego Garcia, there is only one solution. The responsible person in charge with the authority to “facilitate” the court ordered return, must himself, be ordered to do so. Trump must immediately go to El Salvador to negotiate Abrego Garcia’s return. Trump must not be allowed to offer any personal or US Government assurances or anything of value to achieve this. His only negotiating point is that he, Trump, will not be permitted to re-enter the US unless accompanied personally by Abrego Gargia. Problem solved!
