Kristi Noem tells Harvard to out foreign students [1]

Sure. Harvard is going to let Noem know anything about their students after telling Trump to go to hell. Well, this isn't about money. It's about all student visas being revoked.
The attack claims not reacting to antisemitism and creating a hostile learning experience for Jewish students.
The two page letter was emailed to the Harvard International Office with the demand that Maureen Martin reply immediately having received the letter. The last page of the email was titled, "Evidence Attestation Statement." It is to be signed under the penalty of perjury, by the Principle Designated School Official, the contact at the school who will handle all this.
The letter itself is titled "Student and Exchange Visitor Program Student Records Request." Replace "request" with "demand."
The real threat is that if Harvard does not comply, their participation in the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) would be revoked with no appeal.
SEVP allow the students to get F-1 (academic) or M-1 (vocational) visas. If SEVP is revoked, so would all those visas and the students will be forced to return to their home country.
If you want to know about SEVP and SEVIS (Student Exchange Visitor Information Program), you go to ICE.gov where you are greeted with a nasty message to snitch on international students.
The first nasty request is: "1. Provide relevant information regarding each student visa holder's known illegal activity, and whether the activity occurred on campus."
There are 7 more questions that are like "how often do you beat your wife?" And the PDSO has to do this for every visa holder. Or else. By April 30th.

How will Maureen Martin of Harvard International Office respond? Student visas are at stake. She would not want them all to get the message some have already gotten saying "Do not attempt to remain in the United States. The Federal Government will find you. Please leave the country immediately."
