Tonight, Trump's "Counterterrorism Czar" threatened all of us on live TV [1]

Sebastian Gorka was on Newsmax tonight talking about Kilmar Garcia, and while doing so he lobbed what can only be called an extremely thinly-veiled threat at you, me and millions of other Americans.
The MeidasTouch BlueSky account posted a video in which Gorka says that for anyone that is defending Garcia and his right to due process, "you have to ask yourself, are they technically 'aiding and abetting' them? Because aiding and abetting criminals and terrorists is a crime in federal statute."

As some commenters quickly pointed out, that would seem to include all 9 members of the Supreme Court, along with presumably anyone that is reading this site and also millions of other decent Americans.
Ironically, Gorka is right when he says the real dividing line in society today is "Do you love America, or do you hate America?", it's just that those of us who actually love America are the ones fighting against him and his ilk and defending our country's most important principles.
I really, really hope the general public is waking up to the threat we are all facing right now....
