This is a continuation of a similarly titled Edition 1. This article was divided into two sections for easier reading.

SECTION 6: Moral and Religious Governance

Project 2025 Proposals 95–98: Enforce biblical family norms, ban pornography, revive Comstock Act, eliminate contraception/abortion access, criminalize anti-Christians.

Trump Admin Alignment:

EO Ending Anti-Christian bias reviews and eliminates all government policies, practices, or conduct deemed by the current administration as "anti-Christian"

SECTION 7: Media, Free Speech & Journalism

SECTION 9: Foreign Affairs, National Security, and Climate

Project 2025 Proposals 105–124: Remove climate from NSC agenda, remove all mention of climate change from government sites, favor fossil fuels, deploy ICBMs, withdraw from WHO/Paris accords, cut global DEI.

Trump Admin Alignment:

EO declaring national energy emergency; challenged state climate laws (#105, #107)

Withdrew from WHO and Paris Climate Accord on Day 1 (#123)

Pressured NATO and emphasized U.S.-first nuclear rearmament (#115–#122)

Realigned EPA to support fossil fuel and defunded all green initiatives

Removed information about Climate Change from most government websites

Assessment: Military and climate policies reflect strong execution of Project 2025 agenda.

Implementation Progress Summary

Of the 132+ proposals outlined in Project 2025, the Trump administration has directly implemented or initiated more than 75%, with a strong emphasis on civil service reform, DEI elimination, education restructuring, and border control. Areas such as tax code overhaul and abolishing the Federal Reserve remain theoretical at this point, but legal groundwork is being laid.

The vague and ideologically driven language of several executive orders—particularly regarding education, identity, and loyalty—serves to implement Project 2025 goals without triggering immediate legal scrutiny.

This alignment suggests Project 2025 is not merely advisory but operationally influential in Trump's second administration.
