It is incomprehensible to me why there isn’t an uproar about violating the Constitutional prohibition against “cruel and unusual punishment.” Knowing about the torture and inhumanity of the El Salvadoran prison, how can it even be possible that we are sending deportees there, some of whom are not charged with any crime? Not only is it cruel and unusual punishment but some of those being subjected to it are innocents. How un-American are we becoming that we allow this? So far it’s been immigrants; soon it will be American citizens as well. How despicable are we and to what depths will we allow iDJT to take us?
