Trump tries to attack Letitia James for real estate fraud [1]

This is really an old story, and Trump already tried to use it earlier this month, to try to attack Letitia James to somehow invalidate Judge Engoron's initial $354 million judgement against against Trump.
She signed a power of attorney with Shamice Thompson-Hairston, who this article says is a relative, but I can't find any proof of that, and it doesn't matter, giving her power of attorney to Thompson-Hairston to buy a property in Virginia.
Here's the actual document that (PDF) is behind all this. Because the land record cover sheet says "joint tenancy," somehow James has committed real estate fraud by declaring that her prime residence is now in Virginia. That is not what the document says. Just "joint tenancy."
So I looked up "joint tenancy" and "prime residence" and it's pretty clear that "joint tenancy" is simply a type of co-ownership that if one person dies, the other now owns the property free and clear. There is nothing sinister about it. But the right will do anything to try to deligitimize Trump's judges and prosecutors to invalidate the few crimes for whuch he's been held accountable. This is not declaring that the address of the house in Virginia is James' prime residence.
Now that Trump has brought it up a second time, it was time to put the kibosh on the whole thing.
Here's the article Trump linked. Much ado about nothing, but Trump thinks it's a smoking gun. It's not.
"Letitia James, a totally corrupt politician should resign her position as New York Attorney General, IMMEDIATELY."
What's really rich is that the world's biggest real estate fraudster is accusing a person who did it right of being a fraud. Just look at his purchase arrangements for those Atlantic City casinos and how he still made money going bankrupt. It was all the other investors who lost money.
"Everyone is trying to MAKE NEW YORK GREAT AGAIN, and it can never be done with this wacky crook in office."
MNYGA. Almost like Mr. Miyagi in "Karate Kid," but still not pronounceable.
"... wacky crook..."
I don't think he's used "wacky crook" before. It doesn't matter. He's trying to point a finger, but three are pointing right back at him.
This is a minor league post by Trump, but I thought Trump's persistence should be highlighted and news media might pick up on it.
Donald just loves to rant any time he can.
