The Supreme Court has ruled 9-0 that Kilmar Abrego-Garcia deserves his due process and the DOJ has admitted that they made a “mistake” deporting him to El Salvador because there was a previous ruling that he couldn’t be sent back to that country and granting him asylum.
But when El Salvadoran President Bukele was asked about returning him he said…
“How can I smuggle a terrorist into the U.S.?”

He’s literally exactly not that. He’s not a “terrorist.” He’s not an illegal immigrant, he was granted asylum and has a green card. He’s not a member of the MS-13 gang, he was threatened by a gang. He’s not a criminal other than some speeding tickets.
The punishment for speeding usually isn’t rendition.
This isn’t up for debate. This is what has been documented in court. The Supreme Court.
And yet, the Trump admin continues to lie about it all. But then it gets worse.
Trump is now saying that he wants to send U.S. Citizens to foreign prisons.
President Donald Trump confirmed that he wants his administration to deport U.S. citizens to a prison in El Salvador. During a Monday meeting with Salvadorian President Nayib Bukele, Trump was asked about the possibility of deporting citizens to the notorious Cecot prison. "You mentioned that you're open to deporting individuals that aren't foreign aliens but are criminals to El Salvador," one White House reporter noted. "Does that include potentially U.S. citizens fully naturalized?" "If they're criminals and if they hit people with baseball bats over their head that happen to be 90 years old and if if they rape 87-year-old women in Coney Island, Brooklyn," Trump replied. "Yeah. And why do you think there's a special category of person? They're as bad as anybody that comes in. We have bad ones, too." "And I'm all for it because we can do things with the [Salvadorian] president for less money and have great security."
Abrego-Garcia isn’t a “bad one”, he’s an innocent man. Trump and his people just think he’s bad — but they are blatantly wrong.
If you look at their actions and listen to his words he’s admitting that — on the basis of a false allegation — he will round up and deport naturalized U.S. citizens and rendition them to the torture gulag.
We’ve already seen them illegally detain green card holders, now they’re going to de-naturalize people, strip them of their citizenship and forcibly deport them.
That’s fucking diabolical.

They didn’t “Win” the case 9-0, there was a 9-0 decision that Abrego-Garcia deserved due process. Every Justice agreed with that.
These people are so incompetent, they may not even pay attention to whether someone is naturalized or not, they are just as likely to kick out a native-born citizen too, especially if they’re a child who has an undocumented parent.
They know whose guilty and who isn’t — 75% of the people they sent to CECOT weren’t tried or convicted of any crime in the U.S.
Organized crime analysts say that while members of the Salvadoran MS-13 gang can often be identified by signature tattoos, Tren de Aragua is different. "Expert after expert tells us tattoos are not a reliable indicator of whether you're part of this particular gang," said Lee Gelernt, an attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union. The Trump administration has released very little information about the Venezuelan migrants sent to prison in El Salvador. But internal government documents obtained by 60 Minutes and public records indicate that an overwhelming majority have no apparent criminal convictions or even criminal charges. The Trump administration says just because the migrants don't have criminal records does not mean they are not in a gang and are not dangerous. Border czar Tom Homan has said that immigration agents spent hours conducting rigorous checks on each of the men to confirm they are members of Tren de Aragua. But, after cross-referencing the internal documents with domestic and international court filings, news reports and arrest records, 60 Minutes could not find criminal records for 75% of the Venezuelans now sitting in prison in El Salvador. The analysis did show that at least 22% of the men on the list do have criminal records in the U.S. or abroad. Most of the offenses are non-violent, such as theft, shoplifting and trespassing. About a dozen are accused of more serious crimes, including murder, rape, assault and kidnapping.
About a dozen guys out of 238 are actually the “worst of the worst” — the rest are shoplifters, trespassers or totally innocent. They don’t even have proof that they are actually members of Tren de Argua, which — by the way — is also not a crime.
But they just keep lying.

This is murder porn. It’s propaganda. It’s also Blood Libel demonizing every migrant over cases like this. How many poor young women are killed by American Citizens every day? How much more often does that happen rather than being killed by a migrant?
Even when the Supreme Court has told them they’re wrong — they just keep lying.
And then Trump said he would do this with “Homegrown criminals.”
