The Kellog Proposal Is a War Crime [1]

Who exactly actually made it needs to be resolved.

There is a proposal from the Trump Administration to partition Ukraine into Allies, Ukrainian and Russian zones of occupation, perhaps under some cognomen. The proposal is a war crime.

Using warfare to change national boundaries, planning to do so, is dealt with by the Nuremberg precedents. It is, in the words of the Russian Justice at Nuremberg, a crime of aggression. It is a war crime, punishable by hanging or lesser sentence.

The American proposal for a Russian zone of occupation of part of Ukraine is unmistakably part of a plan to transfer part of Ukraine to Russia. It is a war crime on the part of the Trump administration. Given that, contrary to Russian propaganda repeated by their American fellow travelers, Ukraine is winning, the proposal is also terminally foolish.
