Despite Lack of Evidence, Louisiana Immigration Judge Rules Against Mahmoud Khalil Regarding, Khalil’s Deportation Hearing. April 11, 2025 ACLU
An Immigration Judge, in Louisiana ruled that, Mahmoud Khalil Can Be Deported. Khalil, has until April 23 to file for relief and can remain in the United States until then. Attorneys representing Mahmoud Khalil say he will appeal.

A Federal Judge in New Jersey has temporarily barred Khalil’s deportation while he fights a similar challenge there.
The Judge, has blocked deportation, while he considers Khalil's claim that his arrest was made in violation of the US Constitution's First Amendment protections for freedom of speech April 11, 2025
