Pro Musk/Tesla Protesters Want to "End Democracy" and Split California into 2 States - Sacramento [1]

You might think I'm exaggerating, but I'm not. At the Tesla Takedown protest today in Sacramento there were about 25 pro-Musk "counter protesters", many with the group New California State. They had signs reading "end democracy, restore the republic". I tried to figure out what that means by looking on their website, but I think they're just confusing the words Democrat/democracy and Republican/republic.
If that's not enough for you, they want to split California into 2 states, where urban areas are basically kept for us liberals, and rural areas (the majority of the state, in their minds) go to the them for their "republic", which isn't a democracy, whatever that means.
Their map is pretty crappy and hard to actually read, but it appears that part of Sacramento/W Sac around the Capitol goes to us liberals, and they get the rest of Sacramento county. Oh and the liberal areas are mostly non-contiguous. And the San Diego area is somehow “rural” so they get it.
Soooo, I just wanted to point out that these are the folks showing up to support Musk. People who literally want to end democracy. Can't make this shit up.
