Friday before starting Passover on Saturday Night [1]

Welcome to the Friday before Passover, starting Saturday night at sundown… As usual in our house, we are not entirely ready. I got the grape juice, matzos, and chicken matzo ball soup mix. I will need to go by the store this afternoon to get an apple, parsley , cheap wine and romaine lettuce.
I will get our roast I bought a couple of months ago out to thaw (I know I am really late on that) — wonders of Insta-pot cooking I can get it done in about 90 minutes. Then clean the house from all our large critter’s hair that is everywhere. Boil a few eggs, broil/bake a chicken leg and generally get things precooked/setup.
Lastly call # 5 of 7 to see if they will be coming over. We specialize in the 20 minute Sader (last year we got it down to 40 minutes).
