So, if the only ones excluded are those who had not already retaliated and Canada and the EU and China have already retaliated, then all three are still engaged in a trade war with Trump. Furthermore, there will be widespread boycotts on American goods. The environment remains chaotic and completely unpredictable. Consumers can't have confidence nor can leaders in business. So the market can go to 10,000 today because they're complete fucking morons, but the economy is still in trouble and even China alone will hurt the US economy badly.
