Happy Spring, America!
Egg prices are still sky-high, while the stock market — including everyone’s 401Ks — is cratering.
The Trump Recession is under way and quickly accelerating.
How many more trillions will be flushed down the orange-encrusted “terlet”? Will it lead to a second Great Depression?
It’s funny hearing the Trump and his right-wing sycophants say, “America needs to take its medicine!”
I thought they didn’t believe in science or medicine.
Of course, we know the truth: Trump and the Republican Party don’t believe in anything... except power. Bad is good, up is down, Russia is a friend, Ukraine is an aggressor.
But as the MAGA faithful — including the moneyed elites — see their fortunes dwindle exponentially, they’re taste for swallowing rancid bullshit may cause them to finally stop slurping the slop Trump feeds them.
But don’t count on it. As Mark Twain said, “It's Easier to Fool People Than It Is to Convince Them That They Have Been Fooled.”
