Make America Groan Again

When Edward Snowden first told America that the National Security Agency’s “monitoring” of communications between Americans included personal photos of body parts , it got a chuckle and a little bit of alarm. Overall, however, the energy and outrage was not enough to change national security policy.

Until now, most concerns about privacy have been about commercial enterprises that collect medical or financial information of millions of Americans and lose it to data thieves.

Like these guys did:

BlueLeaks exposed secrets from hundreds of US police departments: DDoSecrets dumped 270GB of data online, including critical information from over 200 police departments spanning over 10 years. Cyberattack at UHS hospitals network and others amidst COVID-19 peak: A ransomware attack targeted Universal Health Services in September 2020, causing service disruptions. CardersMarket Hacks: This cyberattack compromised 2 million credit cards and resulted in fraudulent purchases worth $87 million. Heartland Payment Systems: The company suffered a data breach that affected up to 100 million cards and over 650 financial service companies. Sony PlayStation hack and massive outage: In 2011, Sony reported a security breach that infringed on the private information and financial data of 77 million PlayStation Network users. The Target Hack: Target acknowledged that malware installed on its in-store systems enabled cybercriminals to gather payment card information for approximately 40 million customers. The Adobe Hack: Adobe faced a cyber security incident in 2013 after criminals stole over 153 million user data.

Elon Musk Wants Your Dick Pic

Now, in 2025, Elon Musk is taking control of all data stored by the United States government through the newly-created Department of Government Efficiency. That includes your personal modeling photos through our friends at the National Security Agency. Musk is trying to take control of all those texts, emails and photos under the guise of government efficiency.

Lots of people are screaming about the absolute warehouse of information held by the U.S. Government about us Americans. If what Snowden alleges is true, then all the communications by and to Americans is stored by at least one part of the U.S. government.

Musk’s thinking is that all this data can train an AI engine to replace many government workers. That’s not the real problem.

More importantly, Musk wants to train AI using all the collective thinking of Americans as stored in data warehouses. Catching the thoughts of regular Americans to make the U.S. Government go!

This is a horrible idea. Have you been online at all? Half of the highest ranked google searches right now are sports-related. Think about that. The stock market has crashed, along with a few airplanes, the keepers of our nuclear weapons were fired and then we couldn’t find them again, children are dying from measles for the first time in decades, and somebody just knifed a priest in a church. But the number one topic of interest to most Americans is sports. THAT’S the thinking used to train AI to replace government workers? Because I don’t think expensive technology is required. You could just recruit a few guys from a nearby gas station and it would be cheaper.

Make America Groan Again, Elon.
