A Brief "Hands Off" message to the convicted felon-in-chief, unelected Elon, and all GOP enablers [1]

Like so many other Kossacks, I attended a Hands Off rally yesterday — the one on the National Mall, by the Washington Monument, with about 100,000 of my closest friends. Like so many other Kossacks, I attended a Hands Off rally yesterday — the one on the National Mall, by the Washington Monument, with about 100,000 of my closest friends. And I have a concise message for the treasonous, deeply warped orange golfing POS and convicted felon, and his co-president, the unelected neonazi sympathizing son of apartheid and his unelected band of 20-something incel bros:
Hands off.
Hands off our free speech.
And our immigrants.
And our rule of law.
And our bodies.
And our trans neighbors and friends and family members
And our veterans’ benefits.
And our public lands.
And our environmental protections.
And our health care.
And our social security and Medicare.
And our Medicaid.
And our civil rights.
And our gay neighbors and friends and our family members.
And our campuses.
And our students.
And our books.
And our science.
And our minorities — all of them.
And our diversity programs.
And the law firms that still have integrity.
And the big media companies which still have integrity.
And Canada.
And Greenland.
And Panama.
And the stock market.
And the world economy.
And our 401Ks.
And our relationships with our allies.
And NATO.
And our NIH.
And our CDC.
And our U.S. AID.
And our NOAA.
And our Department of Education
And our weather forecasting capability.
And our Federal Employees.
And our national security.
And our entire justice system and the Department of Justice.
And our FBI.
And our judges and judiciary.
And our cancer and Alzheimer’s research.
And our world class scientists and expertise.
And our national parks.
And our voting rights.
And our free press.
And our development of vaccines.
And our capabiliity to fight bird flu.
And our consitutionally protected Congressional power of the purse.
And our constitutionally protected birthright citizenship.
And just our consitution as a whole.
And our Kennedy Center.
And our Smithsonian,
And our "oh so woke" National Zoo.
And on and on and on
Hands off.
I salute the folks at Indivisible (and elsewhere) who united around this theme of Hands Off. So simple, so direct. And so very, very relevant. With a different theme, It would have been very, very easy for the messaging to have been greatly diluted, given the vast array of causes that people were, rightfully, protesting yesterday. But this simple theme brilliantly and accurately united them all. PS — you sick, sick corrupt, lying corrupt orange fuck and bigot and coward. And walking cesspool of incompetence, ineptitude, ignorance, racism, greed, selfishness, narcissism, laziness, deluion, and cruelty.
PPS — This was a vivid — but needed — reminder that for all of us who are NOT ok with all the lawless insanity and shit that has been going down, you — and we — are most decidedly NOT alone. Not by a long shot.
