Trump tosses Marine Le Pen a lifeline [1]

Only Trump could want to come to the rescue of another politician who abused her position and stole money, on the same day as he stole $2 trillion from the American people by tanking the stock market with his absurd tariffs.

Le Pen embezzled €4 million from the European Union to pay staff at her National Front party (aka National Rally). A Paris court sentenced her to 4 years in prison, two suspended and the rest in house arrest, a €100,000 fine, and a five year ban on running for political office. She was convicted along with 8 other Ministers of the European Parliment and 12 staffers. Le Pen intends to appeal, but with the obvious corruption and all the others involved, winning an appeal seems unlikely.

That didn't stop Trump from weighing in on the case.

Of course, it could only be a "Witch Hunt."

Because Trump wants to be a fascist like her, the "European Leftists (are) using Lawfare to silence Free Speech..."

Strange he didn't say "Radical" like usually does. "Lawfare" is becoming such a tired term from Trump, trying to deligitimize actions that are perfectly legal and proper, except when it's against him and his buddies.

There is absolutely nothing preventing her from spewing her vile and racist platform again.

House arrest is hardly "prison." Then he makes Marine's plight all about him. Me, me, me, me! I was so persecuted by the law for crimes I did commit and got away with.

"Lunatics and Losers..." Projection. Trump is proving that every day. 74 days into his term and he should be in jail or an insane asylum for each one of them.

"... Norm Eisen, Andrew Weissman and Lisa Monaco ... spent nine years thinking of nothing else..."

I would suppose they had other things to do in their lives. Like eating, drinking, sleeping, surfing the net, talking to friends. The last one you have a problem with. You don't have any friends. You have acquaintances and supplicants.

"I don't know Marine Le Pen..."

So, why are you doing this Truth Social post? It's like saying you don't know Viktor Orban. Do you expect us to believe that you don't know anything about France? How about her father, Jean-Marie Le Pen? He wanted to deport 3 million foreigners, was a Holocaust denialist and was xenophobic. That the Nazi gas chambers were "a detail of history."

She tried to distance herself from her father but failed by having close ties to far-right European parties like the Dutch Freedom Part (PVV), Austria's Freedom Party (FPOe), Belgium Flemish Interest (VB), Alternative for Germany (AfD) and Italian Northern League (LN).

"... and now, just before what would be a Big Victory..." Umm, next elections are in 2027.

€4 million theft is a minor charge? Let me get some of that.

Sounds like you're still trying to claim that you are innocent of the 34 felonies you blame on the bookkeeper. You had nothing to do with signing all those checks to Michael Cohen. Of course, it was the autopen machine! Why didn't you come up with that then? You could have won.

She isn't locked up, Donald. She has an appeal. You could have one, too, but you know it would be worthless. It would put the spotlight right back on you being a convicted felon, when you tout law and order.

Hard to reconcile her innocence of beliefs when her party was created by Nazi collaborators.

Donald, you just reminded us that you are a Nazi, no different from Musk.

You just haven't given that obvious Nazi salute. Yet.
