Remember that absurd utterance from Bush, Jr. in September of 2005 about the “great” job that Michael Brown, the then FEMA director, was doing after the Katrina hurricaine disaster in New Orleans? The job Brownie did was as disastrous as the hurricaine!
Well, that can be supplanted with:
DONNIE, YOU’RE DOING A HECK OF A JOB!
Our illustrious leader (?) has now succeeded in tanking the Dow 30 3,700 points in just 2 days, 5,711 points since his first full day in office on 1-21-25, and 6,699 points compared to their high during the Biden administration.
If I didn’t know better (or,do I), i would think TFG puposely enacted the outlandish tariffs against the better judgment of every legitimate financial whiz and economist in the world just to crater the market, driving stock prices down so his billionaire buddies could buy stocks on the cheap, and then back off on the tariffs resulting in prices going back up, so these same buddies could then sell the stocks and become more insanely wealthy!
If this was his intent, is it even legal? Or, is he too dumb to even think about doing such a thing?
