We all know the billionaires want to make their tax cuts permanent. Musk has been scraping away any and all federal employees, contracts, buildings, and leases he can. Meanwhile drumpf has created the largest tax in 100 years on the American people masquerading as a tariff increase.
They want the increased revenue from tariffs and reduced spending so that the Senate GOP can use budget reconciliation to avoid needing a 2/3 majority to make a tax change.
Investors are fearful of the effects of the tariffs on their investments and the economy. Billionaires are salivating for cheap stock prices like 2008 that they can again scoop up on the cheap.
