The photo shows how Lithuanians bid farewell to 4 U.S. soldiers who died recently during training exercise
The soldiers, part of the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, were on a tactical training exercise when they and their vehicle went missing a week ago, the Army said.
About 3,500 soldiers from the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team deployed in January to Poland and the Baltic states for a nine-month rotation as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, which supports NATO allies and partners following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2022

The Lithuanians understand that if Ukraine falls, the Baltic States are next. They are glad to be NATO members, and welcome US troops to help keep them free.
The bodies of the four fallen soldiers were flown to Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. In the past, I have seen photos of President Obama and President Biden comforting families that come to the air force base to retrieve their loved ones. And is the orange felon anywhere near Dover?
