Yes, you heard me correctly. Revert to an earlier age where ‘news readers’ led the broadcasts and If they needed to quote someone, they quoted him or her. They didn’t run footage of the person saying it or even audio of the person saying it.

Please, please, please go back to this. Many, many people cannot stand the sound of Trump’s voice let alone seeing him waddle into view and then hear his annoying, hateful voice.

Just read what he said—if you must—for most of the time a mere paraphrase will do.

When it won’t—having a newsreader read the words of Trump will actually show up how demented they are. For serious people can simply not repeat what he says with a straight face.

Please, do us all a favor and try this. I guarantee your viewership will go up.
