Trump's Day of Liberation - update with tariffed countries & percentages [1]

I was ready to shut down the CSPAN2 window I had up yesterday for watching Cory Booker's speech and I saw Tommy Tuberville had the floor. He used all of Trump's tropes to justify how this was a great day for America. He was pathetic, as usual.
Then Ron Wyden was up and replied that the tariffs were just a gigantic game of whack-a-mole. Tommy Tuberville seems to spend all his time trying to prove that he is the stupidest man in the Senate.
It's the day Trump planned to put all his tariffs in place, but he did that yesterday. April Fools' Day. Originally, he said it didn't want to use that day because people would think it was an April Fools' Day joke. It was anyway.
Today, he's rolling out even more tariffs, which he calls reciprocal tariffs. He's calling this rollout "Make America Wealthy Again."
He even had to put up an article on Whithouse.gov called "Tariffs Work --- President Trump's First Term Proves It." I guess he doesn't remember they didn't do much except cost Americans higher prices, like he's going to do this time.
He started out this morning on a Truth Social post, to tell us all to celebrate the day, and included a video from Fox News, which I can't link to. Probably don't want to watch it anyway.
"This is an exciting day. Liberation Day."
Last time I remember a Liberation in the United States, it was Women's Liberation, aka Women's Lib.
"This is the single greatest salvation, for not just small businesses, but for America."
"Salvation." He has definitely developed a Messiah complex. He seems to think he's all powerful, or wants to be. Small businesses are the ones who are going to be hit the hardest. The big ones can figure out a way to survive. Most businesses are designed to take products made by others and resell them. If all of a sudden their costs go up, they either have to pass along their cost as higher prices or start losing in the process. Sales go down and they go out of business. Small businesses that make their own products face the same hurdles with the cost of materials. Materials cost more, they have to raise their price. Nobody wants to pay it, they go out of business, too.
Then he goes insanely third person.
"... President Trump has been the only President that has a backbone to stand up to our allies and adversaries alike and say, "We have to have a level playing field."
Unfortunately, it's more like the scene in "Dark Knight Rises" where Bane blows up the entire football field and everything crashes.
Trump is going to be announcing his plan at a Rose Garden event at 4:00 p.m. ET.
The businessman who knows nothing about business is going to destroy the economy with still another bonehead move.
How long before big business realizes that Trump isn't good for big business either? Small businesses know it already. When big business figures out that Trump is creating an environment in which they cannot survive, even with rolling back and eliminating regulations, they will have to turn on Trump.
Putin is still taking out oligarchs in Russia who stand too close to windows. Trump said he could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and not lose any votes.
We're getting close to finding out.
