There is a lot of criticism of Democrats on this website, but I think there is not enough praise given when it is due.

Today, I want to praise Senator Cory Booker of New Jersey. He set the record for the longest filibuster in Senate history on Tuesday, speaking continuously for 25 hours and 4 minutes on the Senate floor. He outlined the dangers of Elon Musk’s DOGE cuts, the danger of Donald Trump, and detailing the constitutional crisis unfolding in America.

Thank you, Senator Booker, for your courageous stand against the Trump administration and showing immense grit and determination to stand up for Americans. May other politicians follow your splendid example!
