The Wisconsin State Supreme Court was just called for liberal judge Susan Crawford.

Results as of right now (counting still going on) has Crawford 13 points ahead and Milwaukee results aren’t in.
Musk has flooded over $25 million to try to buy himself a State Supreme Court Justice (he has business in front of the Wisconsin courts right now to protest a state law preventing car manufacturers from selling directly to consumers). Also, because his best bud, tRump, thinks he can just will things to happen because Muskie can load the airwaves with negative ads.
He can put on all the cheesehead hats he can afford. We can smell a phony a mile away. Voters are smarter than that.
Even Muskies million dollar giveaway couldn’t buy that seat. He might as well just burned that money up trying to keep warm in our freezing temperatures.
We set a record again for voting in the State Supreme Court (the last one was during the 2023 State Supreme Court election that got liberal control — finally — on the Court). More ballots were continually being requested in many polling locations and some polling stations are still voting because ballot shortages created delays and long lines.
To put a cherry on the top of this sundae, Jill Underly will win the State Superintendent of Public Schools seat (re-election). She beat a private charter school supporter.
The only bad news is that the poorly advertised ID to vote referendum will pass and become part of our Constitution making it harder to remove.
I’m very, very happy tonight that we will retain our liberal majority in our highest state court. And that we delivered a serious ass kicking to Musk and tRump. I expect rage and fake tears from both of them soon. It will be delicious.
