Trump 'couldn't care less' about higher prices — should be his 'deplorable' moment [1]

Are the American people paying attention yet?? I never want to hear about “condescending Democrats” talking down to Trump supporters about how we think we’re so much smarter than them & know better than them — and how much that hurts their fee-fees & makes them vote against us. The onus is on THEM to look in the mirror and admit they were wrong, made a bad decision, believed Trump’s lies, etc. Where is the humility from these people? Because once again, all us Democrats/liberals were RIGHT AGAIN that Trump (and Republicans) do not care about poor, working & middle class people, they only care about the rich.
Trump has now revealed himself in the clearest, most unapologetic terms that there can be no denying. He literally said he “couldn’t care less” if prices skyrocket, in fact he hopes they do!
This should go viral as Trump’s “deplorable” moment, and Democrats should be bringing this up in the media NONSTOP from now on. It dovetails beautifully with our fledgling messaging campaign against the oligarchy, which seems promising & effective. I can’t tell if there’s video footage or not, but I really hope NBC releases the video which I would think would be devastating for (all) Republicans if put into ads.
Now I don’t mean walking around screaming “I told you so” at Trump’s victims, but “I couldn’t care less” & “I hope they do” are so out of touch and easy to understand & relate to, that the Democratic Party should really seize on this as a marketing & branding opportunity. It should be a guiding star that reinforces our age-old, core argument against the Republican Party: they only care about the rich & hate the rest of us.
All Democrats up and down the ballot can tap into this disgusting Trump quote & use it to paint their QOP foes as selfish, careless, greedy & corrupt (which they are). If Democrats play this right & the media doesn’t kneecap us, this could a core theme of the upcoming elections — which are likely our last chance to save our country & world.
