Good morning, everyone. This morning I thought I’d go for some mellow jazz by Duke Ellington. There’s a little swing and scat in there, too. That’s Duke on the piano. I hope you enjoy it.

On a darker note, my kitty Hector isn’t doing well. I think it’s his failing kidneys. All he wants to do is sleep all day. He is also getting so skinny even though he has available prescription food around the clock. I’d already have taken him to his vet but I doubt there is anything that can be done for him. Hector is nearly nineteen years old. He has had renal failure for quite some time. I fear his days are numbered.
It sucks seeing a beloved pet get old before your eyes.
