Fighting for Our Future in Virginia’s House District 66

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Nicole Cole. Yes, a name so nice you can say it twice. I’m your neighbor, your friend, your family and your community advocate. I’ve spent years serving our community. Currently, I’m a Spotsylvania County Public School Board member who’s stepping up to run for House of Delegates in Virginia. Why? Because now more than ever, we need true selfless servant leadership our country. We need a strong majority of leaders who will fight for our families, our economy, our rights and our freedoms.

In Virginia, House and Senate Democrats have done the work to move forward three critical constitutional amendments. The 2026 House and Senate will make its final vote to move the decision to the people of Virginia to ensure that voting rights, reproductive rights, and marriage equality are protected in Virginia’s Constitution. Unlike my incumbent, I will vote for Virginian’s to have the opportunity to vote for all three amendments.

Lock in and stay with me because the stakes couldn’t be higher. With federal attacks on democracy and economic stability, Virginia must have strong leadership in place to protect our freedoms and ensure our economy continues to thrive. As a small business owner and mother of three, I understand the struggles families go through. We need wages that keep up with the cost of living, strong public education, and policies that support local businesses—not just big, soul sucking, corporations. That’s why I’ve been fighting for our schools, and it’s why I’ll fight for Virginia in Richmond.

But we can’t and won’t do this alone. For the first time in years, we’re running a real campaign here in this mixed ex-urb/suburb/rural district. We are running against a 34-year incumbent who has been out of touch with the needs of our community and “lackadaisical” in bringing forward legislation that supports real opportunities for the people.
