Canada Is Advertising Inside My Elevator in Phoenix [1]

I live in a condo complex in Phoenix that is equipped with elevators that have digital displays. These displays have news stories, pictures, and advertisements. About a week ago, I was a bit surprised to see that Canada started advertising these messages in them:
Quite the simple and efficient message, eh? I relish the thought that my MAGA neighbors also have to view these. If only our democratic leaders could learn to be so crafty with messaging…
It turns out this Canadian advertising campaign also includes a larger billboard campaign targeting Arizona and other states:
“We’re doing that because we think that we need to send a message to the American people for them to understand what’s at stake because this is really going to hurt their livelihood and have an impact on their wallets,” Joly told CNN. Arizona isn’t the only place Canada is placing billboards. They’ve also appeared in Florida, Nevada, Georgia, New Hampshire, Michigan, Ohio and 11 other states, according to Joly.
You go, Canada.
On a related note, the “snowbirds” (Canadians who winter in Arizona) are also selling their properties and leaving the state because of Trump.
