Poor guy, leader, desperate, comes begging for help as his country is under siege, losing hundreds of thousands of lives by brutal Putin regime / crazy expansion dreams and Vance spanking him like a child, hammers him, viciously, about saying (enough) "thank you," in front of the globe.
