A Hypothecial Question ... Maybe? [1]

I have a hypothecial question that seems almost certain to happen.

Let's say I'm an 80 year old retired woman who is physically disabled to the point that I have to use a wheelchair. I live totally on Social Security and am able to get medical care, because of a cheap healthpan and Medicare.

Trump and Musk screw up my SS payments and I am no longer able to get my checks for a few months.

My landlord is threatining to throw me out, and I dont have enough money to buy food or pay my medical plan.

By definition, would that be considered violence towards me?
