I’m fighting a battle with my employer in a deep red state. I choose the squirrels as an image, because I don’t want to name the sitting president, and his helper. This is local, where I think we should be focused, not just a democrats, but as people.
The job I have, was full time (No benefits) Cut down t part time (Still no benefits) and to one Day a week. (I had a stroke at work figured that on my own, — are they liable? I’m not chasing, because they aren’t, but the help to replace me should have been) I protected myself against Covid, but it F’ing bit me in the ass this week. I thought it was responsible to not go to work. (We’ll see how that pans out),
I”m fearful for my job, where they will fire you for anything, ‘Not doing propane’ or ‘not clearing the garbage’ etc. Can I just say pulling those bags out (there are 7 of them) often weight 50+ pounds. Don’t do it, you’re fired.
If any of you know regulations, Propane falls under Fire department and OSHA regulations. It’s a no answer across the board. Outside of one, who reached out to me, sadly I was at work, and couldn’t answer the call, he never touched back.
I’m involved in my state politics, enough to see bills coming up and looking to who voted for them, and why. I have found three in Idaho that come from out of state funding, or ‘bill mill’ All three of them passed, one got held up by the court. They were identical to other state bills, that were held up in court.
I want my courts to hold the line, and the truth to be told about these. I can’t be the only one who reads it, and goes ‘yeah, no, this is bad.’
I don’t want to say this, but F’ the current president, and until you learn history, we will always hold you accountable to it. That’s portrait of FDR you have in your oval office? You’re not worthy. That’s the argument I want to fight. Not against conservatives, but stupid businessmen.
