Disney and ABC under FCC attack for DEI [1]

I've said this in about eight posts about Brendan Carr and the FCC that ABC's capitulation in giving Trump $15 million for his Presidential Library to get rid of Trump's lawsuit against them wouldn't be enough.
Trump still remembers the ABC moderated presidential debates where they fact checked him. I said then this would not go unpunished. So, it happened today.

Brendan Carr, your favorite BDSM attack dog, is now doing just that against Disney, which is also the parent company of ABC.
Disney, of course made the mistake of crossing Ron DeSantis in the past. At that time it was about being LBGTQ+ friendly. DEI hadn't become a Republican curse word yet.
Now it has, and Brendan Carr is going after Disney and ABC for the crime of discrimination because that's what it means to Republicans and Trump's minions. It's become so convenient to turn the tables on civil rights to make it civil rights for white people only.
Elon Musk and Trump aren't the only Nazis. This guy is Joseph Goebbels, Hitler's propagandist right hand man. I'm not even exaggerating.
He sent them a letter.
The first sentence tells them they're doomed.
"I am writing to inform you that I have asked the FCC's Enforcement Bureau to open an investigation into Disney and ABC."
The FCC does have an enforcement Bureau, but it was never meant to do any work like this. It was about licensing, efficient spectrum use, public safety, and promoting competition. Carr is turning it into a Court of Inquisition.
"While I have seen reports that Disney recently walked back some of its DEI programs, significant concerns remain."
Kiss of death right there.
"... invidious forms of DEI..." It's a python squeeze, and there's no escape.
The second page is ridiculous. Look at how many times DEI appears. His second favorite word is invidious. And then he's got footnotes a mile long like he was filing a lawsuit brief.
On the last page, he notes Trump's executive order getting rid of DEI in the federal government. Hey, if the FCC can do it to itself, you must be able to also. And because you're under our thumb, you must cooperate with our enforcement unit. Sieg Heil!
Trump's lackeys don't care even when the DEI offense was in the past. Now they've got to make sure that the final solution has taken place per Brendan Goebbels.
I'd go through the whole letter, but it's not worthy of dissection. It's so repetitive with all the invideous DEI. Suffice it to say that Disney and ABC will be cooperating without too much fuss. I wish they could tell Carr where to go, but they can't.
CBS will be next for the Harris interview editing, then NBC for having MSNBC. Doesn't matter that MSNBC got rid of Joy Reid, Jonathan Capehart and Katie Phang. There are all those people behind the cameras. They want the whole television industry to go back before 1968 when Diahann Carroll had her show called Julia. Only white people allowed on camera, writers, producers, engineers.
Disney and ABC will be the first step. Then it's CBS and Paramount, and after that NBC and Universal. The trifecta. The television and the movie companies all in one.
What all of them should tell Brendan Carr is that he has no business trying to enforce civil rights violations. That job is the responsibility of the Department of Justice. Granted it's been taken over by a mad woman. But at least they would have recourse in the courts. Using the FCC for this purpose cuts down on the management costs.
Maybe they should give Brendan Carr a personal screening of "Song of the South." That would shut him up. Send Trump a copy so he can see happy slaves. Zippity Doo Dah Zippity Day.
