Where in the world is Kamala Harris? [1]

Many Democrats have bravely taken up the call to action against Trump.
Representatives like Jasmine Crockett have been calling out Musk even as the Trump administration threatens her . Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Senator Bernie Sanders have been touring the country, denouncing the oligarchy and mobilizing tens of thousands of citizens. Representative Al Green stood up and disrupted Trump's speech.
These courageous individuals have been a guiding light and source of optimism and hope for me and millions of others who have felt completely lost and discouraged since Trump's election.
But I can't help but notice that in this moment of great confusion, at a time when the Democratic Party is in existential crisis and conservatives are dismantling the country, at a time when we need as many leaders as possible, Vice President Kamala Harris is nowhere to be seen.
She has made just one public appearance since stepping down as Vice President. She has not issued any public statements denouncing Trump, Elon Musk, or Republicans. She hasn't publicly weighed in on any pressing political issues, for that matter. She has held no rallies, no meetings, no town halls, issued no statements to the press, wrote no op-eds, nothing.
An unelected billionaire is kicking people out of their jobs. Our constitutional government is being dismantled. Grandma's Social Security is about to be cut. Why isn't the person who got 48.3% of America's vote saying anything about it?
Instead, there are reports that Vice President Harris is taking a break to consider running for Governor of California in 2026 , making it seem to me like the Vice President is more concerned with her future career than with fighting for Americans.
As someone who voted for Harris in 2024, I feel disappointed and betrayed.
