Apparently, an independent watchdog organization, American Oversight, filed a lawsuit against Pete Hegseth on the grounds of the Federal Records Act because Signal allows deletion of the communication and the Signal Communication isn’t stored in the Federal Archive. They want to make sure it is officially preserved.
What judge do you think was selected randomly to oversee this case?
US District Court Judge James Boasberg.
