Ukraine and Russia have reportedly agreed to a 30-day halt to attacking each other’s energy infrastructure and to a ceasefire in the Black Sea against commercial shipping.

x 🇺🇦🇷🇺 Ukraine and Russia have agreed to a Black Sea ceasefire after separate talks with U.S. officials in Saudi Arabia. The White House says the U.S. will help restore Russia's access to the world market for certain products. Ukraine's MoD Umerov confirmed the news.

Of course, Russia has to throw a monkey wrench into the deal.

Ukraine also wants a return of prisoners and kidnapped children.

Today it’s Popovka. Tomorrow Belgorod.

And then it’s on to Moscow!

Ukraine’s incursion into the Belgorod area creates opportunities for Russian looters.

x "Our [Russian] military broke into our houses.Alcohol is lying around. Our military are 'good', 'protecting' us.F*cking breaking into other people's houses!" The Russian military entered the village of Repyakhovka in Belgorod region & looted at least 20 houses of local residents

Ukraine is advancing south of Toretsk. If Ukraine takes the village of Nelipivka, they’ll be on the northern outskirts of the town of Niu York.

There are also reports that Ukraine was forced to withdraw from some areas around Toretsk, but those areas were not named.

x 🫡🇺🇦 In the Toretsk direction, Azov Brigade has completely completed the clearing of Shcherbynivka and Leonidivka. The brigade continues to advance towards Nelipivka.

Ukraine is also advancing southwest of Pokrovsk, where Russian forces are increasingly in danger of being cut off. Reports from the Russians indicate Ukraine has entered the village of Solone.

In increasingly tense developments on the Pokrovsk front, Ukrainian armed forces have reportedly taken control of half of the settlement of Solene, roughly 7 kilometers southwest of the district center of Pokrovsk. The reports come from Russian military blogger Anatoly Radov, who noted this shift on his Telegram channel, describing the situation as unfavorable for Russian troops: "Half of Solene is under Ukrainian control". Radov, drawing on multiple sources, including units allegedly forced to withdraw, acknowledges that Ukrainian forces are attempting to encircle Russian divisions: "They are trying to cut us off," he stated. His message concluded with a call for an urgent retreat.

So, how are things going in Kursk?

x The Ukrainian Air Force delivered a precise strike on an enemy manpower concentration point in Kondrativka, Kursk Region, destroying the occupied facility and eliminating up to 30 Russian soldiers, according to Ukraine's General Staff.

Somebody blew up an apartment building in Makhachkala, which is the capital of Dagestan. Makhachkala, you may recall, is the place where a mob went to the airport because they heard some Jews might be on an incoming plane.

Here’s my best guess — somebody was building a bomb and was drunker than Pete Hegseth on a Friday night.

That building is going to need a shitload of windows.

Don’t need a translation for this video.

Oh sure, it burned up. But the side panels stayed on.

The Russian Iskander strike on Sumy injured 101 people.

x The total number of injured in Sumy by the Russian missile strike is 101 people. 23 of them are children. One adult and one child are in critical condition. While Russia declares it wants peace, it strikes Ukrainian civilians.

Unclear? Oh, I think we can make a good guess.

How long before Trump claims he is the world heavyweight champion because he has the belt?

x 🤷 "I left it on a side table": Zelenskyy says he does not know where Usyk's championship belt is after bringing it to Trump

[image or embed] — Ukrainska Pravda 🇺🇦 (@pravda.ua) March 24, 2025 at 10:50 AM

In response to a question about the whereabouts of the belt belonging to the legendary Ukrainian boxer – seen in footage from the contentious meeting between the Ukrainian and US presidents – Zelenskyy replied that he "doesn’t know". "Maybe it’s still sitting there," the head of state remarked. Amid the commotion that followed a heated exchange between Zelenskyy and the US leadership, he left the belt on a side table next to the armchair. Time notes that later that same day, a White House staffer found the belt and took it to Trump’s private dining room, where it now rests among other souvenirs – described by the magazine as "a memento of failed diplomacy".

So what Lavrov is saying here is that Russia needs help from the United States to protect them from Ukraine.

x If you are worried about Ukraine being forced into a deal that is bad for them you should be talking about this today. Russia is back to saying they need reintegration into financial markets in order to enable agricultural exports and this is not true.

Russia also expects the United States to give them more of Ukraine than they have been able to seize.

x 🥴Russia demands withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Donetsk, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions in talks with US – The Moscow Times. Russian negotiators hope that the US will put pressure on Ukraine to withdraw troops from the 4 regions

Hey, we’re talking about important stuff here — territory.

x Reporter: “Are you demanding Russia return abducted Ukrainian children?” Trump: “Well, it's one of the things we're talking about. No decision’s been made. We're talking about territory right now.” Prioritizing land over stolen children — a chilling response.

Another 1,180 Russians who should have stayed home.

The term journalist is applied loosely here.

x Three Russian journalists from pro-Kremlin media outlets under EU sanctions were killed in Ukraine after coming under fire: Zvezda cameraman Andrey Panov, driver Alexander Sirkeli, and Izvestia journalist Alexander Fedorchak. Both outlets are engaged in disseminating Russian state propaganda.

Four barrels is interesting but I’m waiting for Ukraine to roll out the nuclear-powered drone that drops daisy cutters from 30,000 feet.
